Perfect location, the beach is not far from the hotel. The buffet looked quite expensive

We have traveled for close to 40 years and this is the first hotel vacation that we have ever returned to - this was our third trip! Excellent service, beautiful location, hotel staff are wonderful. Absolutely no negative comments to write.

Beach was un-swimmable. Facility was quite away from downtown ($30.00US each way, no shuttle) only 2 restaurants on site, menu got rather monotonous after 4 days there.

The staff was very friendly.
The hotel was only running at 60% because of the hurricane. I wish I would have known that I would have stayed somewhere else. They had just opened the week before. I didn't pay as if the hotel was running at 60%. No happy about that.

We stayed here primarily for the swimable beach. It is somewhat swimable but relative to most of the rest of Cabo it was a lot more so. The on-site food was good but very overpriced. Rooms were good size and clean but a bit dated.
For what we got, we left feeling the resort was excessively overpriced. We stay at high end 5 star places around the world and this was barely 5 star quality while charging very high end US/European type prices. Service was mixed quality. Most were very good but a couple interactions left us wondering.

We loved how nice the staff was, everyone tried very hard to please . The food was prepared well , and with a smile . We were very happy with our experience at the resort .
